AERO’s mission is the Education Revolution, to make learner-centered education possible for children everywhere. Toward that end our goal is to help as many people as possible to find or create new alternatives and to ultimately influence an authoritarian, oppressive mainstream education to one which empowers students and builds on their interests. This is what is needed for children to be successful in the new millennium.
Despite it’s reach and impact AERO needs help with funding. This is partly because it is often difficult to get support when an organization is at the cutting edge of change. It is easier to fund the mainstream and status quo.
