Middle School English and Social Studies Teacher – The RSEC Academy

The RSEC Academy is seeking a Middle School (grades 5 – 8) English and Social Studies Teacher. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: lesson planning and instruction of all required content areas, community building activities for students, development of experiential activities, and parent and district communication. Must also be willing to plan and take part in adventure based activities within a small team, and participate in extracurricular activities. 

The ideal candidate will have a NH Teaching Certificate, knowledge of Curriculum Standards, knowledge of special education, instructional strategies, learning disabilities, PBIS, and experience in an alternative school setting. Must possess strong organizational skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and work well with others.

High School Science Teacher – The RSEC Academy

Approximate Salary for Both positions – BS 0 years experience $36,000, Masters 2 years experience – $40,700 , Masters 10 years experience $46,700. Full health, dental, life insurance, and retirement benefits 

We are looking for a new Teacher, being fluent in German is not a must, but it would help considering the Person would live in Austria. We are a free democratic school, partially following Montessori and Waldorf teaching, but the main focus lies on the child individually choosing their learning method.
