Our 40<br> students, aged between 9 and 17, decide for themselves what, how, why, where and when<br> they want to learn. Our role as adults at the College in assisting this learning is subtle but<br> crucial.<\/p><p> We do not have a principal, head teacher or director of the College as we work as a<br> community. This role calls for someone to co-ordinate the day-to-day running of the<br> College and be at the forefront of the its development as we look to move to bigger and<br> better premises and to expand our work.<br> Salary \u00a333,000 p.a. plus pension.
