The ideal candidate would have good organizational skills&nbsp;they would apply towards two main goals.<\/p><p>1. Set up and enforce a skills gradient\/leveling system for use of the tools and equipment.<br><br>2. Planning and executing an activity once a week along with hosting classes to educate interested students on the use of the tools\/equipment.&nbsp;<\/p><p>There is the potential for this to become a paid position.<br><br>Bay State offers 10-18 year old students a customized education. We are a non-coercive environment where kids choose their classes. We as the adults are considered&nbsp;&#8220;guide on the side&#8221; providing deeper knowledge, access to information, and ways to increase their learning based on their interests and passions.<\/p><p>Come help teens make things of utility.
