The successful candidate will have a deep commitment to our human-centred vision and:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tQualified teacher status\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tSubstantial primary school teaching experience, with a senior leadership role\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tHeadteacher qualification and experience are desirable\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tLeadership skills and experience, including the ability to think strategically to lead development and lead change so others can carry the vision forwards\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tExperience in developing and supporting innovative teaching practices; a deep understanding of project-based, co-created curriculum; and the capacity to empower teachers to develop a professional culture of collaboration, research and reflection.\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\tCandidates are warmly invited to visit or call the school before making an application.
