The candidate should have experience teaching in a multi-age environment. We are looking for a candidate who is inspired by collaboration with other teachers, is motivated to design and plan innovative learning experiences, and is dedicated to empowering youth to be self-directed learners. We are looking for someone who is flexible, passionate and hardworking. Prairie Green teachers innately encourage students to be kind and accepting, problem-solve with peers, and use their words to express their feelings, which in turn provides character-based lessons.
