LEAPNOW, a cutting-edge alternative education organization in Sonoma County is hiring for 5 positions to live and work at our 11-acre rural campus outside of Healdsburg. We run innovative programs for gap year and college-age young adults (ages 17-24) that bring together international travel, rites of passage, inner-directed retreats, academic credit and grounded life skills. We are hiring for 3 full-time residential staff positions including an Office Manager, Student Journey Coordinator and International Programs Coordinator. We are also looking for a female co-leader for 10 weeks of guided travel in India & Nepal this fall, as well as interns to live and work on our campus throughout the coming year.
