The 8th Annual AERO Conference
UPDATED REGISTRATION DETAILS FOR 2011 COMING SOON!

Fill out the form below to register as an individual, family, or group. 

Conference fees are required for every adult, student, and child at the conference. Scholarship and volunteer opportunities are available. Contact for more information. A $50 deposit is required for all individuals and families when registering and a $100 deposit is required for all groups.

Payments can be made by clicking here or calling (720) 475-1602.

An invoice will be sent to you within one week of registering detailing the fees you owe. This invoice will also act as confirmation of your registration. No registration is official until a deposit has been received. Contact us if you have any questions about registering. You can always register over the phone by calling (720) 475-1602.

Free child care is available to all registered children.

Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another attendee at your request until May 1st. All meal costs are due in full by June 1st. Conference, meal, and room fees paid above the deposit will be returned at 75% if you cancel your registration by May 1st; 50% if you cancel by May 31st; and 0% starting June 1st.

Photographs and limited video will be taken during the conference. Photographs will be used for promotional reasons and the video (mostly keynote talks, panels, Q&A sessions) will be sold to help finance the event. If you do not feel comfortable with your photograph or video being taken, please contact us at alternativeeducation@gmail.com. We will do our absolute best to accommodate everyone's needs and personal preferences.
