I DEA is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is mobilizing action to advance meaningful learning and build a more just and sustainable democracy. IDEA collaborates with communities around the country to reclaim and reinvent education, in ways that develop compassionate citizens and changemakers. IDEA envisions an educational system based on respect for human rights and values of freedom and responsibility, participation and collaboration, and equity and justice.

IDEA is hiring a Director of Change Work and a Development Director.
