Director of Finance & Operations
Reports to: Executive Director

The Attic Learning Community is an educational association for homeschoolers offering rigorous academic programs Pre-School through Grade 12 in Woodinville. Established in 1999 it has recently launched construction of a new campus and seeks a Director of Finance & Operations to design and implement financial and operational efficiencies for the future.
This position is a key leadership role for the Attic. It is a senior management position, reporting to the Executive Director (ED) with dotted-line to the Executive Board. It is a hands on leadership role that will integrate all of the business and operations aspects of the organization for the purpose of supporting the mission of the school and the staff including all finance, facilities, fund-raising, HR, and investor relations.
This a unique opportunity within a progressive educational environment to help drive a successful non-profit to the next level of success and sustainability.
• Bachelors Degree and prior leadership experience in a similar role in the non-profit or private sector.
• Excellent people skills and experience collaborating with a CEO or Executive Director in a support role to successfully further the mission of an organization.
Compensation: $50,000-$75,000 DOE
